Phillip could get the business.
So I went to Disney about a month ago and i got to meet aurora. she asked me and my mom if there were any “princes’” with us today. When I told her that I leaned more toward princesses she looked over at Cinderella sighed and replied with “yeah me too” and I think about that a lot.
Well, Aurora was raised by three moms, so if she isn’t queer too she’d at least be cool
Culture clash between two brothers on modern vs. tradition
A monk and a punk
love this one.
no those brothers are going to save rock and roll
yeah this this looks like the best anime ive ever seen
you know what makes this even better, though
I strongly suspect these brothers don’t have other family to take care of them — it’s pretty common for orphaned kids to enter the care of Buddhist monasteries and it’s also common for them to take to the streets
so like, I’m making assumptions here, but what I’m seeing are two brothers who are the only family they’ve got in the world, who took two very different paths to make it, but they’ve still got the closest relationship in the world and they love each other a lot
No interesting thoughts of my own to add, so I’m just going to copy-paste what Fall Out Boy had in mind with their album cover here:
The cover of Save Rock and Roll features a photograph of two young boys — one wearing traditional monk robes, the other in jeans and a T-shirt, smoking a cigarette — taken by Roger Stonehouse in Burma. The image was found early on in the production process as the band scoured the Internet for inspirational images. They felt the photo solidified the message of the record, “one definitely indebted to the past, but defiantly points towards the future.”Summarized, the image represents old and new clashing, and tradition and change coming together.
What if love was easy? And heartbreak was only a myth like Santa Claus or the Tooth Fairy? What if happily ever afters were a part of everyones story? And finding the one did not feel like it took forever?
What if all those things were true. Would love still be worth it?
